The Bearish OS Video Center is designed to integrate seamlessly with both native Bearish OS functionality and third-party platforms. These integrations enable users to manage meetings, agendas, recordings, and post-meeting action items from a single, cohesive interface while still connecting to their preferred tools. Currently, Bearish OS integrates with Microsoft Teams and Zoom, with plans to expand support to additional platforms in future updates.

• Linking Workspaces to Meetings:
  Users can directly link Bearish OS Workspaces to their video meetings, allowing them to share workspace documents, tasks, and files during the call. These shared elements remain accessible post-meeting, enabling continuity and collaboration after the video session ends.

• Collaborative Whiteboards:
  During a meeting, users can create and share collaborative whiteboards from the Workspace Center. Whiteboard content is saved and linked to the meeting, ensuring that brainstorming sessions are preserved for future reference.

1.2. Calendar Integration

• Scheduling Meetings:
  Bearish OS’s Calendar Center offers full integration with the Video Center, allowing users to schedule meetings with agenda templates, linked files, and pre-assigned action items. Meetings scheduled via the Calendar Center will automatically include the video link, agenda, and any necessary participants.

• Two-Way Sync with External Calendars:
  Video Center meetings are automatically synced with any connected external calendar services such as Google Calendar or Outlook, ensuring participants receive meeting invitations, updates, and reminders.

1.3. Project Integration

• Linking Tasks to Meeting Agendas:
  Project tasks can be linked directly to meeting agenda items, ensuring that discussions are focused and productive. After the meeting, any created action items can automatically sync back to the Projects Center, providing visibility on how meetings are driving progress.

  Team members can assign project-related tasks during video calls, linking those tasks directly to the associated project in Bearish OS. This integration ensures that action items are tied to ongoing work, improving accountability and task tracking.

• File Sharing During Meetings:
  Users can share files stored in Bearish OS Cloud Storage or third-party services like Google Drive and Dropbox during meetings. Files remain linked to the meeting and accessible post-call for all participants with the necessary permissions.

• Automatic File Saving:
  Any file shared during a meeting can be automatically saved in a designated folder within Bearish OS Cloud Storage, ensuring that all meeting materials are organized and easy to find.

2. Third-Party Video Platform Integrations

2.1. Microsoft Teams Integration

• Join Teams Calls from Bearish OS:
  Users can join Microsoft Teams meetings directly from the Bearish OS Video Center. This integration allows Bearish OS to handle scheduling, agenda management, and note-taking for Teams meetings while leveraging Teams’ video and chat functionality.

• Sync with Bearish OS Features:
  While in a Teams meeting, users can access Bearish OS features such as real-time notes, agenda items, and action item assignment. Post-meeting, any notes or action items created within Bearish OS will be synced with the Teams meeting, ensuring all data is consolidated.

• Participant Tracking and Analytics:
  Bearish OS will pull participant data from Teams meetings, tracking when users join, their activity during the meeting, and their engagement. This data can then be viewed within the Bearish OS Video Center alongside any notes, action items, or meeting recordings.
