The Calendar Center in Bearish OS allows users to create and manage multiple calendars to organize personal, professional, or team schedules. Each calendar can be fully customized with colors, icons, time zones, and sharing permissions. This flexibility helps users keep track of different aspects of their life, all within one unified system.
Creating a Calendar
Creating a new calendar in Bearish OS is simple and user-friendly. Follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Calendar Center: From the Bearish OS dashboard, select the Calendar Center.

- Customize Your Calendar:
- Name: Choose a unique name for the calendar (e.g., "Work Calendar" or "Personal Calendar").

Managing Calendars
Once your calendars are created, Bearish OS allows you to easily manage them by offering a variety of tools and settings to make sure you stay organized:
Edit Calendar Settings:
- You can rename the calendar, change its color or icon, or adjust the time zone.
- If you want to make more detailed adjustments, click the calendar name and choose "Edit" to modify any of these settings.
Delete a Calendar:
- If a calendar is no longer needed, simply select it and choose "Delete Calendar." Note that this will remove all events associated with that calendar.
Calendar Views:
- Bearish OS offers multiple views for managing events on your calendar, including daily, weekly, monthly, and list views, making it easy to keep track of events in a format that works best for you.
Sharing Calendars
Bearish OS makes it easy to share calendars with others. You can allow users to either view or edit the shared calendar depending on their permission level:
- Direct Sharing: Share the calendar directly with other Bearish OS users by selecting their account and assigning permissions (view-only or edit access).
- Shareable Links: Generate an iCal or ICS link for the calendar, which you can send to others. These links can be set to view-only or edit access, depending on the permissions you assign.
Time Zone Management
Each calendar in Bearish OS operates with a default time zone, but events can be created in multiple time zones if needed. The system automatically adjusts event times based on the user’s current location, ensuring that meetings and appointments are synchronized across different regions.
The Calendar Center provides a dynamic and intuitive way to manage your time and stay organized, making it an essential tool for personal and team productivity.
