The Employee Directory also supports role-based access control, allowing managers, admins, and employees to access the data relevant to their roles.

2. Time and Attendance Management
   Bear Trax provides full support for managing employee work schedules, tracking time worked, and monitoring attendance. Employees can clock in and out of their shifts using the system, and managers can assign and manage shifts with custom time zones and automatic overtime tracking. The system also tracks missed shifts, break compliance, and generates notifications for any discrepancies.

3. Shift Management and Tracking
